What's your minimum order quantity?
No hard minimum. Below 100 units: standard FEGO packaging. 100+ unlocks custom sleeve. 500+ unlocks stitched logo on the FEGO Spine belt. Special projects below 100 — write to us.
How does the sample request work?
Tick the sample checkbox in the form. After a 10-minute qualifying call we dispatch 1–2 free units to your office. Requires a real company email and a 100+ unit estimate.
Do you offer installation support?
Yes. Install is a 2-minute DIY per unit, and for deployments of 50+ units we send an on-site install team for the first cohort, plus on-call rider support after.
Can you ship to multiple locations?
Yes — one address or split across regional offices. We coordinate dispatch schedules for phased rollouts.
What are your payment terms for bulk orders?
Discussed on the scoping call — terms depend on order size and timeline. Full GST invoicing on every order.
What warranty do bulk orders carry?
The same warranty as retail units — no "B2B grade" downgrade. Defective units are replaced, not repaired.
Can we choose a custom rexin colour or texture?
At volume, yes. Custom rexin colours and textures are available on 500+ unit orders — bring your brand guidelines to the call.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes, full GST invoicing — single or split billing across entities and regional offices.

How long does a FEGO seat last?
2–3 years of hard daily use. Automotive-grade rexin, 45 kg/m³ HR PU foam — built for 8-hour shifts, not weekend rides.
Is it removable when a bike is sold or returned?
Yes — fully reversible. It straps over the stock seat with no modification, so it moves to the next bike in minutes.
How does it hold up in monsoon and heat?
Water-resistant rexin sheds rain, the ventilated build dries fast, and the material is UV-stable through Indian summers.
How is this different from a seat cover?
A seat cover changes the colour. FEGO is an engineered comfort upgrade — 11 pressure-distribution zones, tuned foam recipes per vehicle posture, and up to 46% shock reduction.
